Immobiliare Verona Centrale is thrilled to share with you the story of a project that embodies our passion for urban renewal and the enhancement of the area.
In Piazza Santa Toscana, in the heart of Verona and a few steps from Porta Vescovo and the University, we saw a unique opportunity in a building that, despite its great potential, needed significant intervention.
The presence of two abandoned commercial activities on the ground floor, a poorly maintained B&B on the upper floor, and some less positive activities in the area, made us want to make a difference. Not only by renovating the building, but also by contributing to improving the quality of life in the neighbourhood.
The Challenge: revitalising an area with potential
We started by renovating the entire exterior of the building, giving it a new life and a renewed look. Subsequently, we restored the ground floor of the building, renting it to the Santa Toscana Pharmacy, which gladly moved from its old location because it gained in visibility by facing directly onto the Piazza. This choice was not accidental: a pharmacy not only provides an essential service to the community, but also helps to create a more cared-for and safer environment.
Modern spaces for the future
The upper floor of our building is currently being renovated and we are excited to share our progress with you. We are creating two modern and functional flats with no less than 9 rooms, perfect for students due to their proximity to the University of Verona. Every detail has been thought out to ensure autonomous comfort and practicality, offering students cosy environments ideal for living and studying.
A new chapter for Piazza Santa Toscana
The rebirth of this building represents more than just a real estate project for us. It is a symbol of our commitment to improving the quality of life in the neighbourhood and creating spaces that truly meet the needs of the community. We are happy to have contributed to the social rebirth of this square.
